The repo was renamed and the README was not, so the first thing a reader saw
still announced the old name -- which reads as correct, since nothing on the
page contradicts it. The old path also 307-redirects, so a client that follows
redirects cannot detect the rename either.
Adds a pointer to the wiki, which carries the longer-form guides and was
otherwise unreachable from the code tree.
